ABOUT US
You will find Monkhall Fishery in Monkhopton Shropshire, less than 10 minuites from Bridgnorth nestled in the beautiful corvedale, with 6 coarse fishing pools, self catering accomodation, and a small caravan site, set in 27 acres of beautiful Shropshire countryside.
There is a new fishery/site manager named Mike who will now be the man to talk to regarding bookings etc. Please use this website for all rules, prices, and events. If you cannot find what you need to know on this site, or want to book onto an open match, book a club match, caravan or self catering accomodation you can you can messgae the fishery facebook page or call on 01746 785 481 any time until 6pm.
We are open 6 days a week with Mondays being the day we are closed to give the pools a rest after a busy weekends action. We hold open matches on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday and all open matches are £25 to enter. From June 2023 we are no longer taking Friday match bookings, Fridays will now be for pleasure and maintenance. However all Friday matches that are already booked will be honored.

We open 7 30am – 7pm summer hours, and 7 30am-dusk winter hours (Closed Mondays), and serve until 10am, there is no admittance after this time.
Please read the fishery rules! They are in place for good reason.

If you want to guarantee a place it is advised to book. Please read the rules section before fishing. Cut off for booking is 5pm the night before.
Club Matches/Knock up’s
All culubs are required to send a £40 deposit for main season weekend bookings. Please read the rules section before fishing.
Open Matches
There is a rolling draw from 7 30am-9 30am fish 10 30am-3 30pm summer hours, and rolling draw from 7 30am-9am fish 10am-3pm winter hours. Cut off for booking is 5pm the night before. £25 cash all in. Open matches are Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please read the rules section before fishing.

OUR FACILITIES
Caravan Park
The Caravan Park has 5 hard standings, and electric hook ups, chemical disposal point, and relevant water supplies, for members of the Camping & Caravanning Club only, £18 per night including electric. Please note that all appliances must be low voltage caravan appliances.
Self Catering Accommodation
Between the Old Stables, Old Milking House and Old Dairy there is accommodation to sleep up to 9 people.
